This one of a kind Art Nouveau chandelier was originally hung from the Musée D’Orsay building, one of the most well known Museums in Paris. The museum was originally built as a train station known as Gare D’Orsay, and the piece would have been one of a handful of chandeliers helping to light travelers on their way. It reflects the immaculate architectural elements of the space and features unusual teardrop shaped crystal from the top bobeches, cut and polished crystal plaquettes, and a stamp on the bronze base. This piece is a true part of French history.

Beautiful 32 light Louis XVI Bronze D’ore and Crystal Chandelier
Item Number: 0014
This immaculate chandelier dates back to the 19th century and carries the Louis XVI period with style. It features glimmering bronze d’ore, bronze covered in gold, with intricate scroll work, an acanthus leaf motif, delicate flowers at bloom near the crown, and gorgeous details on each of the 32 bobeches. The Strands of octagonal crystals that flow between each arm are quite large in and of themselves and are joined by finely cut plaquettes and a beautiful solid crystal ball finial.
