This classic Louis XVI fruit wood desk dates back to the mid 20th century. The straight legs, body, and fluting around the corners reflect the Louis XVI style quite well. It features a classic escutcheon, bronze mounts, drawer pulls, and inlaid black leather top with accompanying protective glass.

Historic Art Nouveau Bronze and Crystal Chandelier Originally hung in Gare D’Orsay, now known as Musée D’Orsay
Item Number: 560x
This one of a kind Art Nouveau chandelier was originally hung from the Musée D’Orsay building, one of the most well known Museums in Paris. The museum was originally built as a train station known as Gare D’Orsay, and the piece would have been one of a handful of chandeliers helping to light travelers on their way. It reflects the immaculate architectural elements of the space and features unusual teardrop shaped crystal from the top bobeches, cut and polished crystal plaquettes, and a stamp on the bronze base. This piece is a true part of French history.
