This beautiful Venetian lantern features hand painted tole and dates back to the 19th century. The three light Italian fixture was originally used as a procession light. Note the glass gallery at top, and the details in the acanthus leaves, foliate work, and spiraling elements assisting to hold the glass in place. The piece is beautiful and incredibly well balanced, poised to bring a simple yet elegant piece of Italy to any home.
