This grand French Aubusson Verdure Tapestry dates back to the 18th century and features an exotic landscape with mythical animals. A long legged bird forages amidst exotic blossoming foliage at the center. Behind it rests a grand hillside with castle flying its standards. Branches of tall flowering trees are spread throughout, behind them a crested flying bird is revealed. The piece is woven in silk and wool with a green trim in the bottom border. The piece is signed "De Landrieve" & M R D"Aubusson"

This extremely fine French 19th century Louis XV gilt wood salon set consists of 4 armchairs and 1 settee, with Aubusson Tapestry upholstered on the backs, seats, and arms. Each piece is stamped "Krieger" and is elaborately carved in the Rococo manner. The shell at the top as well as on the front of each wide seat are classic Louis XV. French 19th Century Louis XVI Cabinet Stamped “H. Dasson”

This exquisite, large Louis XVI cabinet is stamped by “H. Dasson,” a prestigious cabinet maker well known for their quality and designs in the 1800s. The French antique piece features two center glass doors resting in between two side doors of satinwood. The piece is mounted in elaborate, finely chiseled bronze with a floriate motif throughout. Drawers with ring pulls rest behind both side panels, as each panel plays hosts to a detailed bronze feature at front. Final details include a beautiful piece fo Breche Violette marble at top, and uniquely shaped, bronze mounted feet at bottom.

French 19th Century Louis XVI Mahogany, Bronze d’Ore and Glass Cabinet Signed by Paul Sormani

This phenomenal Louis XVI mahogany and glass single door cabinet is classic in its style and timeless in its beauty. The French antique piece dates back to the 19th century and is grandly mounted in bronze d’ore. Each section of glass is framed in the gold leafed bronze with marguerites at the top of the large door. Pattern work classic to the Louis XVI style is found at top, with a simple and beautiful ribbon and garland at bottom. A detailed escutcheon is found at center, and the legs are wrapped with bronze d’ore at top, and rest on d’ore feet. The piece features a marble top and is draped with a rose velvet back. The piece is signed by the famous Paul Sormani, an Italian cabinet maker located in Paris known for his incredible detail, craftsmanship and artistry. The signature reads, "Paul Sormani, 10 r Charlot, Paris."
