This beautiful Renaissance Revival chandelier is made of bronze and hangs suspended from four brass chains. The French antique chandelier dates back to the late 19th century and features a Fleur de Lis motif on the reticulated center ring. The lights are arranged in pairs of flower buds surrounding the singular downward facing light inside a satin glass blossom at center. The positioning works to highlight the novelty of electric light which had been invented shortly before the piece’s creation.
