Early 19th Century French Directoire Sette (Sofa) with 2 Armchairs

This classically beautiful set of period Directoire square back armchairs and settee (sofa) frames is painted a beautiful light green and embellished with darker green accents. The two-tone French antique set hosts simple floral marguerites throughout each frame, as well as banding around the arms and legs. The inner and outer edges of the frames are enveloped with the dark green trim. Final details rest in the spherical endings of the feet and the simple scroll work on the arms.
