French 18th Century Giltwood Regence Console with Marble Top

Grand 18th century French Regence carved gold leaf marble top console with beautifully carved female faces adorning the top of each leg. The piece features acanthus leaves at the bottom of each leg, and a carved shell at center of the apron as well as at the base of the stretcher. The contoured marble top features beautiful white veins, deep reds, and vibrant blacks.
