French 19th Century Louis XVI Bronze Gasolier

This French Louis XVI bronze gasolier features simple, yet beautifully patterned bronze candle cups, as well as beaded drippers and bobeches. The piece dates back to the 19th century, and its origination as a gas burning fixture has been fully converted to electricity. The piece offers beautiful movement from the crown to the finial. Its ten arms outreach from the center, draped in acanthus leaves and occasional fleurettes on the scroll work. Finally, the piece is finished with a hanging grape finial
